Retrograding

I need to say that May has been a slow and emotional month for me. I just realized that it is already June 3 but my lifeline is still so filled with confusion and boredom. It is just amazing to know that I am still alright despite the slowing down of almost every aspect of my being.

There are standstills regarding my business or job ventures. Finances are getting lower each time, Family matter is annoying and stressful, I must say. My father is getting weaker each day. My practice this week has been paralyzed due to my weak body joints and colds. I just want to be laidback. I am a pig, as you know.

I only have more than a week of my summer break and University life is opening again. I am not at all looking forward to anything. All I want is to practice and go somewhere  where I am devoid of all the frenzy here and there.

The heat is still on. I am profusely sweating all the time. It annoys me unconsciously.

Mercury retrograde is going to culminate next week, I just pray things will normalize.

Despite all these, I am grateful I pass this episode. I wish everyone well and just stay grounded if you can even if it is seemingly hard

Sunday thoughts

When it rains, it really pours. I am not only talking about the quite unstoppable torrential rains that visit my country this year but I am also hinting that my life has been abundantly blessed with so much. (and I do not only mean the good but also the not so good circumstances)

My sister is still suffering from her delusions but the good news is the family is getting more connected this time. As an eldest sister, it is probably my biggest role to assure that everyone takes her/his task well. I guess I have done quite a job. I know this is going to be tough in all aspects but there is always that hope that my sister will bounce back more beautifully.

I received my permanency status recently at work. It is just funny because I am not really happy. I am glad, yes, for i am still gonna teach but there is this haunting feeling of not belonging to this community. Like what I have been saying in my previous blog-there is just too much complacency here.

I am anxious to travel again. First in the list..KOREA. May the universe conspire with me.

Om shant, shanti.

Whatever that life offers me now, I am pretty sure, I am good.

Namaste!

Moonday thoughts

It's a moonday and for lack of a better word, I would like to say it's a HUGE thing for me. My  head is heavy and my body is energy-less. There is an urge to resist but it dawns on me that I have to honor nature supposedly.

Anyway, I am just grateful I am on a break from school this time so I have less casualty in case I would be monstrous-like. Ahhh, last night by the way, I was suddenly annoyed at my student. Poor thing:)

Emotions are low at some point. News about the devastating earthquake still trends. There is always something that is to be saddened about. Still, I believe that beyond these odds would spring hope and healing.

I have a query in my head..that is regarding my longing for intimacy. I am still figuring out why I cant love someone the way I have to. I mean, ahhh, for the lack of a better way to exlain it, let me just say, is there still someone out there who will sweep me off my feet? or is it just me still holding on to that "Fairy tale " love story?

Well, these and all are just bits and pieces of my everyday. The bigger picture of life offers me joy for I have with me the things that matter most. teaching, yoga, family (no matter how imperfect they are), friends (i mean real friends) and life of course.

Namaste!

    Nothing much again

I have barely one month before the submission of my paper for the  presentation but at this juncture I still couldn't see anything clearer with regards to my stuff.I feel a sense of resignation. There is just nothing except bits and bits of this and that.

I promise myself not get overwhelmed.I need not get myself sulk and get depressed over a paper thing.Still, the adrenaline is making its way to push me harder to write. It's just awful because I have nothing except bits and bits of this and that....still.

this morning i met another woman for another interview.I was looking for a married one this time but i ended having another single mother.I am still grateful for her though. It's a great meeting after all.

Now, i am not going to play the smart jenny here.Writing something theological is getting a bit exhausting.I will see what transpires each day before i'll hand in something to my mentor.I am resting my case to that HIGHER and WISER force.Inshallah, i will be able to complete what i have started.

Rest well everyone.Have a great weekend,

    Namaste!

    Blah blahs :)

I had a very terrible toothache today. It was so painful that I ended up cancelling one class.I went out to buy some pain relievers but it took almost an hour before the pain subsided.I had to take 2- 500 milligrams of this mefenamic acid thing.I hate taking medicine but I had no choice. The pain was just too much to bear. I had always tried seeing my dentist but the idea would slip out of my mind  when everything's alright.I also dont have any great chance to be at a clinic for hours and have my dental blah blahs..I am hoping i can  do that before i'll travel to singapore.DO IT JENNY!

I started writing my analyses for my case studies.I am almost done with all the themes. The next thing would be for me to analyze each making use of the Catholic social teachings on work principles. This is I guess the hardest part because i have no exact idea what to do. It is my first time to tackle a case study and I really find it challenging.I am trying not to be pressured by schedules. The thought of presenting my paper to a large audience excites me but at the same time scares the hell out of me too.I guess it won't kill me anyway. The mere thought too that I would graduate with a theology degree is making me giggle. The heavens must have been giggling too.who would think that I would eventually end up being a theologian? BLISS!

Got to Dance is kicking off with its final. I just love Ashley Banjo more each time.

I need to have classes now. Thanks for reading my blah blahs.
    goodnight!
